Delete your Graft'd account

Graft'd is a quoting, invoicing and job app for UK tradespeople, made by Marvanova Ltd. You can ask us to delete your account and the data that goes with it at any time.

How to ask

1. In the app: open Profile (the 👤 at the top), scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Send my deletion request.
2. By email: email apps@marvanova.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

Your account and everything backed up with it: your customers, quotes, invoices, jobs, photos, certificates and records, expenses, team details and pay records, and your settings and business details.

If you pay for a plan, we cancel it too, so you are not charged again.

What is kept, and for how long

• Billing records: kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, because HMRC requires it.
• Technical logs: deleted after 90 days.

Nothing else is kept.

How long it takes

Your account is deleted within 30 days of your request, and we email you when it is done. Copies on your own phone are removed when you tap Clear this phone after sending the request, or when you uninstall the app.
